Book a room wherever it’s convenient for you

You can book a conference room:

  • Via your company calendar (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Google),
  • in the web or mobile app,
  • or directly on the LOBO panel outside the room.

All bookings go into one centralized system.

The system synchronizes data in real time

Every booking, change, or cancellation:

  • is instantly visible in users’ calendars,
  • updates the room schedule,
  • appears on the LOBO panel at the room entrance.

The LOBO panel displays the current room status
