The Smart Park is the perfect solution for managing a limited number of parking spaces in a car park. The booking can be made by mobile application, Microsoft Outlook or Teams. Thanks to the reservation of parking spaces, you will get rid of the chaos in the company’s parking lot and you will easily make the space available to incoming guests.

Use Smart Desk to:

  • find a parking place that meets your requirements
  • plan your office visit in advance
  • book a parking place on a one-time or recurring basis (for instance every week at the same time)
  • assign permanent places to your employees

FAQ

The map view with parking plan is available at the booking stage in any user interface: on a smartphone, in a web browser, MS Outlook add-on, or in Teams and Sharepoint. It shows all resources for which the user is authorized to book, along with information about their availability at the selected time.

Yes. We have ensured that such booking is available to users selected by the administrator. Moreover, you can indicate for whom specifically such a user will be able to book.

In the Smart Park system, you enter the license plate number of such a person’s car, so they will be let in at the gates

We have tried to make the process as intuitive and hassle-free as possible. The system administrator uploads to Smart Office a graphic file with a map of the parking lot, and then places parking spaces. As a user, you can preview the map already at the reservation stage and choose the particular desk you want to work at.

At the entrance to the parking lot, add a large screen where you tell the visitor which space to occupy. The digital signage module will use data from Smart Office so you don’t have to do it manually.
