The Smart Park is the perfect solution for managing a limited number of parking spaces in a car park. The booking can be made by mobile application, Microsoft Outlook or Teams. Thanks to the reservation of parking spaces, you will get rid of the chaos in the company’s parking lot and you will easily make the space available to incoming guests.

find a parking place that meets your requirements
plan your office visit in advance
book a parking place on a one-time or recurring basis (for instance every week at the same time)
assign permanent places to your employees
enter the registration number of the invited guest

confirmation of arrival and update of parking occupancy is done automatically thanks to sensors

Easy integration with Microsoft and other systems

Both Smart Room and LOBO screens can be integrated with Microsoft or Google Workplace ecosystems, which are used by thousands of employees every day.

Integration with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory makes it possible for users to use their existing logins and passwords, and their reservations will still be visible in MS Outlook and MS Teams.

FAQ

Is it possible to make a parking space reservation on an interactive map?

The map view with parking plan is available at the booking stage in any user interface: on a smartphone, in a web browser, MS Outlook add-on, or in Teams and Sharepoint. It shows all resources for which the user is authorized to book, along with information about their availability at the selected time.

Is it possible to book parking spaces for someone?

Yes. We have ensured that such booking is available to users selected by the administrator. Moreover, you can indicate for whom specifically such a user will be able to book.

How can an individual from outside the company be invited and allowed into the parking lot?

In the Smart Park system, you enter the license plate number of such a person’s car, so they will be let in at the gates

How to configure the interactive parking lot map?

We have tried to make the process as intuitive and hassle-free as possible. The system administrator uploads to Smart Office a graphic file with a map of the parking lot, and then places parking spaces. As a user, you can preview the map already at the reservation stage and choose the particular desk you want to work at.

How to direct a guest to the right parking space?

At the entrance to the parking lot, add a large screen where you tell the visitor which space to occupy. The digital signage module will use data from Smart Office so you don’t have to do it manually.
