Frequently asked questions

When we talk about SaaS, the implementation costs are small or non-existent. How is that possible? In order for the system to start quickly, we use a solution in a private cloud and only the initial configuration stands between us and the launch of the service. If you use Office 365 and want users to use their existing logins and passwords, we will ask your IT department for the necessary data to connect our systems.

In the case of SoP, in addition to the aforementioned license costs, support from the IT department is required in terms of preparing the equipment, infrastructure, certificate, domain and subsequent configuration. To make it easier, we will provide you with a short checklist.

In SaaS, the monthly subscription is the total cost of maintenance. Within this subscription, we provide full access to USO and support in case of unforeseen situations. The SoP model has no additional maintenance costs resulting from the license.

SaaS – the warranty lasts as long as the paid subscription.

SoP – the warranty period is 12 or 24 months, which can then be extended.

Remote support or SLA (Service Level Agreement) is required when the IT department wants to transfer part of the service from its own resources to the software provider’s website. Very often, such an agreement is associated with specific hours and response times to an event. This guarantees a quick repair of the fault.

In the case of SaaS, support is much faster because we always have the cloud under our care. In order to maintain an equally fast response in SoP, your IT department should provide us with constant, secure access to the implemented system.

In a SaaS solution, almost all the work is done by the supplier. Our record time to provide the system, including user import, is just 14 minutes and 23 seconds!

In the case of SoP, projects can last from several days to even several weeks, depending on the level of complexity, level of security and cooperation from the IT department, and often also foreign branches responsible for network configuration, VPN or integration.
