URVE Smart Desk
Smart Desk is a convenient solution for booking desks and scheduling an office visit. An interactive office or floor map will make it easy for you to find a workspace next to your team members. Each reservation will be recorded in the appointment calendar, and convenient push notifications and e-mail will remind you of the reservation. Smart Desk will help you effectively introduce a hybrid work model and hot-desk system in your company. The convenient interface of the mobile or web application is fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook calendar.

The map view with location plan is available at the booking stage in any user interface: on a smartphone, in a web browser, MS Outlook add-on, or in Teams and Sharepoint. It shows all resources for which the user is authorized to book, along with information about their availability at the selected time.
One of the URVE Smart Office options is to confirm the reservation by scanning a QR code. When this happens, the reservation is confirmed and the user is known to have used the desk. When the confirmation is missing, the reservation is automatically canceled and the desk goes into the pool of free resources.
Yes. We have made sure that the option to make reservations for other people is available. The system administrator determines who can make such reservations and for whom. This allows the team manager to be given the authority to book desks for his team.
We have tried to make the process as intuitive and hassle-free as possible. The system administrator uploads to Smart Office a graphic file with a map of the office, a given floor or parking lot, and then places resources on it: desks, conference rooms, or parking spaces. As a user, you can preview the map already at the reservation stage and choose the particular desk you want to work at.
Of course. You can decide to start with a limited scope and then expand the system to include other bookings, for example, you have desks and the expansion will include parking reservations. But it doesn’t end there, because we also offer you to broadcast multimedia content on screens in the office (digital signage), interactive LOBO panels to hang by your meeting rooms, or employee lockers controlled from our app!
The user panel can be customised according to your company’s visual requirements. As an administrator, you will be able to customise some basic colour parameters of the system, as well as place a logo of your choice. When you do, employees will associate booking freedom directly with your organisation.
