The Controller of the personal data provided via the contact form is Eveo Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Walerego Sławka 3A, 30-633 Kraków ("Eveo"). Recipients of personal data shall be Eveo's employees, co-workers and entities providing support to Eveo pursuant to data processing outsourcing agreements concluded.
